i am Harish from punjab.....i want to know how many state we can add in arm license.
and whats the procedure for applying all india

Harish the extension of Jurisdiction is done by the Home Deptt in Chandigarh,you will have to apply to your Licensing Authority with need for extension.If approved it will be sent to Chd.All India Licenses are given to either members of NRAI or members of the All India Services.

I was under the impression that the state govt. can give extension for a total of three adjoining states. Or is it three additional states,besides the state of your residence. Kindly clarify as I am also about to apply for area extension.

Any body can tell me the best reason for applying rifle (addition of weapon in arm license). I already have a revolver and dbbl gun in my arm license....

The best way for addition in your license is to get approach of some politician.

As per my understanding of the notifications of the MHA, it was total of three states. But you being a dealer, would have a better idea of the same. I would request you to please verify again as I plan to apply for the additional states and my documents are ready for two additional states.
If three additional states are allowed then I would have to modify my application.
