Precihole NX-100 Vs My Old Car Magazines @ 7 Yards

Post by Tiger619 » Tue Apr 08, 2014 7:13 pm

I noticed that my old car magazines were lying around and decided to tape them to one side of the box that I use for target practice.

I shot around 50 pellets (mix of Precipell (flat head) and master shot (pointed)).

Overdrive magazine was taped first and then Car India magazine.

Pellets went right through the overdrive magazine and almost through the Car India magazine as well.

Only the last two pages of the Car India magazine were not penetrated. These magazines use very good quality paper and pages are quite thick.

I bought a dart board from big bazaar which costed me Rs 500. I pasted a thick layer of carton which I cut in to the shape of bullseye and other circles.

As mine is just a toy gun( airsoft) BBs, the bullet sits in the carton layers. This set up helped me in spending less time in cleaning after plinking.

This is, little time taking but I prefer this as I have 10 meters space inside home itself and I do it almost everyday when my wife goes to work and before I go to office;-)

Nope, its an airgun. So no license is required.

I got the scope from ali-express.com. Beware, these are not the original BSA scopes they sell. These are all counterfeit scopes as per my knowledge.

I'm having an issue zeroing the scope at 30 yards. Will delve further into this and will let you know.

Dear tiger619,
I am keen to import scope but I am afraid that it may be confiscated midway.
What declaration the sender had given on the packing ?
Do they accept debit card ?
What is the lead time ?
Awaiting your reply.

I ordered one scope through aliexpress for testing only (for Rs. 500). I used paypal for payment. It never arrived !
Finally brought one Center point scope using the buy/sell section of this fourm from 'Striker'.
