NAGRI - membership OPEN NOW!

I have some forms with me collected early this year.

The same were sent via normal Registered post in first quarter of year and have been returned to me after 5-6 months by the post master of our village , Can I send them again through speed post (some of them are signed and dated in 2010)

They were returned by 'Indian postal service' after a week and the old man kept them in a shelf in his room's corner treated as post office in my village and forgot about it; as documents started piling on top of them. Yesterday I happen to visit 'the Post Office' for revenue stamps and that is when his young son reminded him about my returned post. Some Service !!!!!!!!!!!!

i had to revive this old thread as i wanted to know whether the memberships are still open or not and what are the rights and duties attached to such membership.

I want to become a member of NAGRI. Is enrollment still open?
I don't own a fire arms yet, is it mandatory to own one before joining. Please let me know

Membership is open regradless of age, sex and firearm ownership status and free as well.

I had sent my membership form back in 2010.
Also, please let me know if and when I'm needed as a volunteer or in any of the meetings. I think Abhijeet has my number but I can re-send on mail.

I am wondering if NAGRI is still active or has gone into hibernation? Also if NAGRI is able to understand what has been discussed here and subsequent posts in the same thread. And does it plan to raise this matter in Courts or Parliament?
