Baljit,
Photos of those chicken shashliks and venison sausages are making me ravenous!
Did you two down all the chicken legs?
I was wondering about the same.
If yes, you guys must share the secret of your lithe figures with us.
Best-
Vikram

Thank you
essdee1972, dev, Vikram!
Actually, all that great food had a sizeable audience.
Baljit's family was due to return on Sun and besides he had invited a few of his mates over for the BBQ on Sat.
I must admit - my skills as a trencherman have diminished considerably with age!

Thank you
airgun_novice, Moin. glad you enjoyed. I checked with
Baljit if he was able to post any more images, Video - unfortunately he says that the ones that are left are of very poor quality and hence no point in posting them.
After a good rest on Sun, good byes said and after a simple breakfast, I set off back to Richmond about 9 am on Mon morning. The drive back was leisurely and I did my best to enjoy the fascinating scenery en route. I reached back by about 2 pm with wonderful memories of a fantastic weekend spent with
Baljit.
Thank you for your friendship and amazing sense of hospitality
Baljit!

TC, Timmy, Hammerhead - so glad you are enjoying the show!
After all the hard work, preparing this huge assortment of Barbeque-able stuff we are almost near dinner time, so we gradually start percolating to the backyard with all the necessary accoutrements. All the while we are chatting up a storm about all sorts of things; I ask questions about deer hunting and the processes involved converting the animal into sausage and pepperoni. When
Baljit explains the details, I am quite amazed at the effort and work that is needed.

Time to fire up the grill, and lay on the Chicken Drumsticks

While the cooking goes on we decide that we must keep our strength up, so we have a small snack!

Small Snack - Deer Pepperoni & Chips!
Baljit grills the marinated Chicken Drumsticks and Venison Sausage to perfection, constantly coating and turning them – he is quite the expert!

Main Course – Part I, Deer Sausage, Coleslaw and Potato Salad
Next it is time to lay the Chicken Kebabs on the grill!

Mind you while all this hectic activity was going on we were not doing too badly on the liquid entertainment section either!
