mastershot pellets are a match made in heaven for the ihp. that's what is still use, when I had a very powerful spring then I used gsmith round heads and that worked very well. for .177 target shooting use their p-10s.

Mark The Knife,
Those pellets sure look lovely.
I see quiet a number of posts suggesting bee wax based lube for lubing pellets. This draws a blank on shopkeepers faces when asked .
Could you please specify the brand name. This sure would be helpful.

BTW - You should wash the pellets first with a mild detergent - Best done by tumbling the pellets in the dilute detergent liquid in a round transparent plastic container...
> Never shake the container as it may cause deformation of the pellets
> Dry the pellets by spreading them on a towel & blowing hot air from a hair dryer
> Lubrication should be done by 'swagging' the pellets on a plastic sheet after adding a drop or two of the liquid wax.
> Final swagging using a soft cloth.
Good Luck.

Re: Washing and lubing pellets
How frequently is washing and lubing pellets recommended.
Since I own a few AR's with spring piston and loading it takes the pleasure of shooting and I have not used them much. Probably 50 rounds over the last 10 years or more.
But I have a few 1000 pellets in stock and keeping them to use in CO2 guns that I plan to buy as soon as I have some funds in hand.
I would also like to know which are the genuine bee wax polishes available in India.
