Incident at Bombay Pub
Just saw on TV, some diamond merchant too out a handgun after harassing a girl. Idiots like these do most harm to gun owner community. His license should be cancelled and he boo should be thrown at him for intimidating people.

He would be charged with attempt to murder and molestation. Both sections may carry anywhere between 10 years to life term...what a few moments of rage can do a person life

Times Now is putting the whole blame on " Gun Culture"....
Thers even one lady who tells that the bouncer should have frisked him at the entrance and he Could Have shot the bouncer.
I think shes with those crazy group that is trying to disarm the Indian Army .

There is a never ending debate on gun control. Should civilians be allowed to own guns, is it safe to hand a gun to a person who hardly ever uses it. Does an average citizen have the courage to shoot a human, does he have the technical expertise to handle a gun in stress full situations......
Incidents like these make licensing authorities more and more reluctant to continue with the epidemic of gun culture which has got north america to a stage where the matter is out of control....is it
Well here is the other half of the story which occurred to the very same Mumbai based jeweler a few years back.....
MUMBAI: The businessman arrested for molesting a woman and firing at the manager of a pub in Andheri, had also shot at a gang of burglars, who tried to escape after they ransacked his jewellery store in an incident nine years ago, a probe has revealed.
Officers said the businessman, Vikram Kalodi, currently in police custody on charges of molestation and attempt to commit murder, owned a jewellery shop at Oshiwara in 2005. Four burglars had barged into the shop and had tried to make away with valuables worth Rs 85 lakh. As they were trying to flee, Kalodi opened fire on them injuring one in the leg. He then nabbed the injured thief and handed him over to the police.
Kalodi had applied for an arms licence in the nineties, procuring a revolver in 2000 after securing the licence. Police have started a process to revoke the licence. Kalodi will be produced before a magistrate's court on Monday. "After firing at the bar manager, Jitendra Jha, Kalodi also tried to shoot at an assistant manager, who managed to lock Kalodi in a room. It was later found that Kalodi had placed the revolver in a holster strapped to his ankle," said an officer.
