I got this unfortunate information at 1.40 am on 2.5.14.
He was suffering for cancer since one year and being treated at Tata Hosp. Mumbai.
He had stopped talking with me due to his illness for quite some time .I recd his last sms ,stating he would go to US for treatment.
He left behind all including five years old only daughter.
May his soul rest in peace.

Shocking news. Knew him for quite sometime. Met him in person just once when he had come home. May God give lots of courage to his near and dear ones to overcome the grief.

I’m deeply shocked at the sudden death of Tirtha.
I met him once at Briha Sirs house

I've been to his place a few years ago, had lunch with his family. Extremely nice people. Any idea when and where the last rites are?
