7mm luger
I want to buy a luger pistol in 7mm but most of them are 9mm converted to 7 I m looking for the original swiss made manufactured before 1908 but they didnt print year those day so some body help me find the marking of an orignal swiss made lugar or should I go with dmw ones

ammo is available in india for 7.65x21mm.it little hard to find but not immpossible

I think you are looking for WF bern model 24.serial number will be between 16000 to 33000.

It`s not a 7 mm - it`s a 7.65 x 21 - and the pistol described is the OP00 as adopted by the Swiss army in 1900. The pistol was made in Germany and examples in good condition are quite rare .... and very expensive.
There are several later examples of the `Luger` ( the P08 and variants ) chambered for the 7.65x21 that were built commercially and for various military contracts. All P08s are pretty pricey ..... especially in India I would imagine.

it seems you have not read my privius post.itwas not omly germany who made lugers.swiss also made lugers.underr name of waffen fabrik bern.

Yes you`re right, The OP00 was made by Waffenfabrik Bern. I thought it was German made but the Swiss made it under licence.

just see waffenfabrik bern written on toggle/slide.also see swiss proof mark a cross in shield thanks
