Try relish sport.com or airsoftindia.com. Still they are above your budget I guess. If you can wait for few more days and increase your budget, then please do it. Or for time being, you can go for normal air pistols which are indian made. I heard balanco is good in low cost. And even IHP has air pistols.
As this gonna be your first gun, better wait till you save some money and get the best which you really love.
Even I am in the same situation
I am in love with this precihole scorpius Karbin. But my parents want me to wait until they come here to bangalore. Its not the budget problem:-) they basically dont like me to have guns. Some how I convinced them and finally they will have a look at the gun first and then I can go ahead, buy the gun. They know that the day they land here, I would buy the gun and so they are delaying
