range under four feet of snow.when this snow will melt.i were in your place i would have blasted all ku band lnb of neibureres haha.and after spendind some time in us jail they whould have deported me or kicked meto india.dont do its only joke.wishig you best of luck with your new rifle
The range is open, so I can still go to the range if I want to but I really don't feel like trudging through the aforementioned four feet of snow to go hang my targets. I suppose I could wear my snowshoes but that sounds too much like work. LOL.

So, I went to a gun show Sunday morning and picked up my missing parts. I had to buy a whole lower parts kit to do it.
Well, my missing parts should arrive next week so I should still have a complete lower parts kit. Maybe I should start work on another lower and, of course, that means putting together another upper. Maybe a classic 20" barreled M16A2 clone? I'd also like to do a short barreled 9mm or .40 S&W AR-15 some day. It would be nice to have a pistol/rifle set that used the same ammo.

I should also mention that the other two guys in my IT department also built rifles at the same time.
In fact, on Sunday, we met up and put all the rifles together. That is why I had to have the missing parts for the weekend.

It was a lot of fun. We now have the best armed IT department in this area.
Don't mess with our servers. :)

It will be a while (about two weeks) before I get to the range. I will post a range report then.

Yes we did, Baljit. Thanks.

Daniel Defense is pretty high end stuff. As far as Mil-spec stuff goes it right up there at the top.
This looks like it will be a really cool rifle, Baljit.

Great going gentlemen - xl_ target & Baljit! Enjoying the thread!

It looks like AR conversion history is in the process of being made; countless options and accessories to experiment with - reminds me of the TV Show 'Pimp your Ride' - (Rifle)? :D
