The Silent Soldier by Jason Brous

I have always loved small blades. And The Silent Soldier is a testament to good taste, innovation, simplicity and audacious good looks. Jason is a prodigy in the cutlery world.

The blade is unique. Locks into the hand in 3 places, making this probably one of the toughest knives to disarm. Good backup for camping too.

Just received the BK 15. Its just perfect. Cant describe the feeling, unless you hold it in your hand. I shall be posting a detailed review soon. In the interim, here are some pictures for you of the KaBar Becker BK 15

The dark knight has arrived
A moment long awaited,
Sharp of edge & the point dropped
In the hands of slingshot much delighted!

Congrats brother your choice is keen
Finest amongst blades I’ve ever seen,
Someday I want to caress it too
Don’t mind even if I drop in out of the blue!!!

Hides the secret, bare to IFG all

Kababs and banter - follow their waft
slingshot's place, that's where they are at

Ontario Rat 2

This is a really sweet blade. The Rat 1 is a big honky knife and I never really warmed up to it. But the smaller Rat 2 is special. In the same category as a Mini Griptillian, Mini Aegis or Spyderco Delica......but much more affordable. The ergonomics are excellent. Its lightweight. The blade shape lends itself to most EDC tasks including food prep. The knife is solidly built and there is absolutely no play whatsoever. The liner lock is solid. Takes an insane edge. All in all, you can use it as an all purpose folder. Sweet price, good looks, great performance. Outstanding value.

Spyderco Delica 4 FFG

I am smitten by this one. There are some blades that just feel like a part of me. The Spyderco Delica 4 in Full Flat Grind has usurped the spot in my pocket as my EDC. The blade is just outstanding and light enough to be just forgotten in the pocket. The steel is VG10 and this is made in Japan. The ergonomics are sweet. The handle scales are grippy enough for the hand yet wont mess up your pockets. Love the blade shape. And this is a fantastic slicer. I am in Love .... and this is my Valentine :)
