MRA OR ORC at Savarkar smarak...?

Hello IFG ,
I am new to this forum and I wish to pursue this sport..
I would love to choose rifle.. but I m confused over choosing club..
Should I join MRA or air rifle club at savarkar smarak..
I have already done basic rifle course from ruia college.. But now I wish to participate in shooting competition..
Is there any eligibility to participate in any competition..?
Is it necessary to join a club..?
How should I get started on this..?
It would be lot of help cause I really enjoy rifle shooting.. I just want to get started..
