How on earth did you hollow out the wood pieces to make the gap for the knife???

Was honored when Pratik brought over the sheaths and the knives to show me. Beautiful dedicated work, I tell you. He has put in as much dedication into the wood as he did into the steel. At the next IFG outing we can have a snap of all the "PM Collection" for others to see. After final polishing & finishing
After successfully completing first wooden sheath I made one more wooden sheath for the first knife posted in this post
As I want to gift this knife to someone special but I was feeling awkward to gift it without sheath
