A gun is only a tool used to propel a bullet into the desired location...

Re: Guess about the pistol
I'd say that you need to take a better picture to get a better answer.
However, with what you have posted it looks like it may be a Luger P08 "copy" but is has enough differences to where it may even be a cap pistol, for what I can make out in the pic.
Here is what appears to be a battlefield pick-up, compare the front sight profile and also the trigger:
Pics are nothing special, just things I grabbed off a google search, but they illustrate some major reasons I do not think this is an actual luger.
Again, better pics might get a better diagnosis.

Sorry but couldn't attach this pic and comment:
Compare what you see of the frame, to what an actual P08 frame looks like:

Re: Guess about the pistol
Vivek, the picture is too small. But from what I can make out this piece is not made of steel but some kind of alloy with aluminum in it. There is no apparent sign of rust or pitting and only the paint has peeled off, something that could not have happened to a real Luger this old and battered. Also the toggle does not seem to be a functional one from the dimensions. Something is missing. To me this looks like a cast metal replica of the Luger but not in 1:1 scale. Or, this could just be a toy as Mark pointed out. Hope this helps

vivek16sep1969 - you would need to upload much, much clearer, detailed images before we can rise up to your challenge to ID the pic
At first look, I would say it is a sort of plastic copy, make Korea or China, - Not functional, Diwali Toy - maybe?

Its a toy.
The round finger indentation at the bottom of the grip should not be molded into the frame. They are on the magazine.
Look at the bottom of the grip on Mark's photo.
