Hi...
I want to ask that can a civilian posses 12 gauge semi auto on npb license,if yes then what would be the expected price of 12 gauge semi auto...

Your wanting to ask is okay, but have you searched the forum and gone through the arms act before asking?
If you had, you would have found out that semi auto shotguns are PB.

semi auto long guns are not "PB" guns strictly speaking if they are chambered in NPB calibres.they are restricted firearms. the licensing hassle is similar to that of PB arms. as far as i know @mundaire has a .30 cal semi auto rifle ,though that is inherited

Firearms are either PB or not.
The .30 cal semi you mention is on a pb license iirc
