Re: IFG Online 10m Competition
After looking at Ranjeet's target I'm embarassed to post mine. His target almost looks pretty compared to my crude one.
Well anyway,I had gone fishing with my friend Santosh after half a days fishing, and 3 beers, pinned up a page from a pad(with bullseye drawn with a 1 rupee coin) with fish hooks onto a mango tree and let fly.
Sorry for the crude target Mack The Knife. Will do better next time.
So 54 mm - 6.35mm= 47.65 + 5mm scope+ 5mm foreign make = 57.65 mm
I hope thats the right way to calculate it Mack The Knife?
Regards,
Yaj.

Thats bad news! i thought it was a great idea.I had never done paper shooting before except while zeroing the scope from a rest. Now that I found out how lousy a shot I am, i was planning to practice and improve my grouping.Darn it!!!!Mack The Knife Bana";p="20117 wrote:In theory, yes, it would be after the 21st of May. However, considering the present response, I doubt you will have another.

Yaj,
Look at the bright side - now you can blame the others when you miss.
Just joking, they will shoot, even if I have to shame them into doing it.
Once this takes off (note the absence of the word 'if'), we can have zonal groups, including those for our overseas members and this should result in some hilarious pi55 taking.
Personally I wouldn't mind if our overseas members (or for that matter, members based in India) participate with a rimfire or even a centrefire, if they want to.

Re: IFG Online 10m Competition
hmmm,
so I trust re-entries are possible until 21st...want to try with the scoped 97K this time..will gain 5 mm because of the non-recoiling class..
I will try again with both and post in the better results..hope its in line of the spirit of the competition, if otherwise, do let me know..
BTW thanks Mack The Knife for posting in my score, I've got 2 land line phones at home and both conk off at the same time..making the BSNL internet really unpredictable..
Cheers
