Cheap joy

Post by dev » Fri Jul 12, 2013 10:48 am

Guess you can call me cheap but I get a thrill out of destroying the scalpers market.
Sometime ago, I felt the need for some high mounts for my air rifle.
Since mine doesn't kick like a mule or do a double slam or whatever, one decided that a single set of screws type of mount
would do.
My B-Square mounts drive me up the wall every time I switch scopes or rifles.
Having decided on the type I thought where from?
Importing from the USA didn't make sense as the courier would up the cost X number of times.
So I went into my old sasta and tikaou site : DX T
After a few moments of surfing I found em, a princely sum of $3 delivered to my door.
The only drawback being that it took about a month and a few more days to get to me.
So take a look, I'm pretty confident that they will work just fine for my needs.

Regards,

Dev

Can't beat the price.

I bought a US $ 9 (free shipping) single piece telescope mount from DX.com. Delivered in 15 days as promised. The mount is fine, but because the mount worked well the old telescope I had had a chance to prove that it was not springer ready - the crosshiars moved off to a crazy angle

Well done chaps. DX seems to be a good place for our little joys. The sweet sixteen scope looks very tempting.Wish the Rupee would rally around again.

The best part is I did not recive the mount and the 4x20 scope ,after I raised a issue against it ,the DX team resent the articles which I recieved later ,that really enhanced my faith .@Dev the sweet Seventeen is a extremely good one ,very clear lenses and very well finished .Its waiting for a PCP though !!! :) . There is even a Leaper bugbuster mini available for 62 $ and I have reasons to believe it will withstand a spring airgun like precihole .

They might just be knock offs but turn out very good most of the time
