What can I say? After reading your post, i can only say that my Spirits have soared and how!
My Venerable Guru once told me; "It is not only person who avidly searches for a Guru, but it is also the Guru who is equally and avidly in search for the right pupil!" "Both are incomplete without the Other."

Hi AGN,airgun_novice wrote: Dear dev/ brihji/ FF2003,
Thank you very much for your support. Frankly I don't know how I let that slip, but anyway mistake was mine and am paying for it. Yes methi-karela are on my ayur list now.
Sugar's stabilized to < 200 mg/dl (post meal) now which is sorta OK. But have to stay on guard.

Dear tirpassion,tirpassion wrote:Dear friends,
[SNIP] But I feel now that the day had drained out the last drop of my mental energy. During the selections trials, I just did not have any mental strength to support myself, I could not figure out why the impacts were going to the right side. I tried to compensate and did more errors. The match was over by that time. Well, I was not the only one to experience the same. I did 87/100 in the 25m perhaps the last place and 70/100 in the 50m maybe 8th or 9th place, I did not wait to see the ranks.
As I said earlier, I am happy to be back home, I am happier to be amongst the top 10 in France in 2013 in Black Powder revolver shooting .
Best regards

Yes, I need to stop underestimating myself and confide more on my own capabilities. I had worked well with the revolver this year and I had the results. This is my inspiration and off I go for the Free Pistol with the same zeal .
After a break of 8 days of physical exercises, I am back to my normal rhythm today.
- 12-15 mins of Pranayam
- 40 push-ups, 20 x 1 rep, 10 x 2 rep
- 12-15 mins of core muscle strengthening exercises
- 100 secs of hanging from the horizontal bar; 20 secs x 4 reps, 10 secs x 2 reps
- 33 mins of light jogging; about 4.8 km.
- 50 sit-ups; 10 x 5 reps
Now it is time for a visit to the range with the FP only for figure 8 exercises.
best regards

The wrist break (up/ down) errors refuse to diminish.airgun_novice wrote: The wrist break (up/ down) errors refuse to diminish. Part of the problem could be attributed to multi-vision. But surely some of them must come from the simple fact that either I am not locking my wrist properly or not at all. Bad Shots fly into 12 o' clock or 6 o' clock zone. Surely could do with some pointers and help here. Thank you in advance. In the interim, as Jitu would say "Lage rahon..".
