There are many dealers on N.R road near town hall who carry Diana's and HW's
You can find the address in Dealer section.

May I ask why Diana?

Mehul already posted as how to look for dealers. neways if you go to N.R road you will find many arms dealers on the left side if you go from Town hall side. Why are so interested in Diana? For your kind of budget you can easily get an HW77 or 97 which are better than any diana.
