Wax Bullets Legal???

Hi guys i wanted to know if wax bullets are available in India if not are we able to import them and are they legal 1st of all... They are shell casing with live primer and a wax bullet with no power and they are not lethal like the real ones but they are good for practice for close range. Anyone have an idea about these in India... Thank you...

Sure. As long as these can be imported.

I've seen a YouTube video where the uploaded makes Hot Glue bullets and reloads with without any powder.

yes i have seen them but are they available in India...we cant reload it by our-self because we need primers and empty cases...

I don't think they'd be available here. You'd either have to convince an arms dealer to import a few for you or bring them back as part of your baggage allowance.
