That is the Ziess periscope for viewing over the sandbags without exposing your head.
I still plan on making an armor shield for the front, probably just some 1/4" AR500 steel unless it gets too heavy.

Abhijeet they could, at least when Marcos and his wife were in power. I know because I was there. Rules may have changed now.
