How to lubricate pellets

Post by horvath brother » Wed Dec 12, 2012 8:27 am

Quick video showing a simple method of selecting, washing and lubricating pellets.
No big deal and works.

Silicone oil is very good to protect o-rings but not the best choice for metal to metal friction. In my research one of the best options is to use oil-based molybdenum. I wanted to give an easier option, especially for those who have difficulty finding this type of product, is not perfect, but it works. Obviously you can not soak the pellets with mineral oil, or there will be a great chance to occur diesel effect.
Here in Brazil, for example, this kind of specific product to lubricate pellets, only by e-bay. Ends up costing expensive and takes forever to the mail delivery. If stop at customs, then is (forever)^3 or never.
Properly lubricated pellets do not cause diesel effect. The washing and lubricating the pellets help keep the barrel clean and depending on the weapon / barrel may improve groups. If your gun like a clean barrel. :)

Tks
