by the way check out relishsports.com...it will blow your mind! Mind you can't buy anything without a rifle club membership but it's worth a look all the same...oh and about your m200...max is about 95 m...but at that range it probably won't even dent a can.so effective range is about 50m give or take a few. Sometimes I wish I was born in Indiana State of USA, do u know it has the highest relaxed weapons license in the world one survay suggested the civilians owned more guns in Indiana then law enforcement. And we are stuck with air guns can believe some cops came by my home cause a neighbor filed a complain I had a "GUN".

Sorry ,but I have no solid ground, but I was informed so by J Biswas the seller of this gun who operates out of Kolkata matter of fact he said it was the reason he was not selling or importing any, Please keep me posted on this matter if rifle scops are not illegal I will order one.
The fact is rifle scopes are restricted to import
But Imported rifle scopes are available and widely used in India  they are not illegal as far I know, I am using one(chines one).

Hi anindya87,
Not sure if u_vaste purchased the scope off Dealextreme or locally, but I purchased one from eBay:
http://www.indiansforguns.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=19135

These scopes are very, very basic afaik. You're better off trying a local shop for a good one. I bought one just to try it out, so did u_vaste if I'm not mistaken.

Regards,
Sriram

got it from local dealer for Rs.1600/- (m Saleh & co. Mumbai) most of local arm dealers keep them. some dealers are members here, also would able to help. post in buy/sell section for your requirement. check yellow pages for dealers near your location. cheap chines are available at low cost but imported genuine will start from at list Rs.7000/+

Join the Army! Did you train as a sniper/DM? Crouch shooting is not usually practised by civilians in this country! At that range...most of us would have missed with an airrifle...congrats bro! GOOD SHOW! I regret i couldn't see your form, might have learnt a few things..next time get a buddy on the cam, ok? :D
