hi harsh,
rifle scope is restricted Item to import, but I had imported many things from deal extreme without any problem with exception of laser gun mount which was stuck with customs for two months otherwise no problem they are reliable, there is no shipping cost as well and if you need Item tracking you can choose EMS this is also less costlier than any other shipping.

No, I did not imported any rifle scope so far as I read it is restricted see links below

and few topics here forum suggest same but some people also informed that they had imported scope successfully but
I am not sure just mentioning "air rifle scope" will exempt it from restriction. if TiwariArun has imported it then it might be possible but I wont risk my money.
