There are two on Commercial Street - Husseins (under Westside) and Tools & Trades or something to that effect. The other option are the hardware stores at City Market.

Unless you specifically want 242, I would suggest 243 as it gives a stronger bond but not so strong that the bond cannot be broken with moderate pressure. It is what I have been using for over a decade.

thanks....went to Husseins today , not avaiable. there was one available at Model Art at Forum Mall. old ..2008...made in China..some how did not look good.

will try city market to morrow. i went there too, but the place was in such a mess after the rains..gave up.

just read up on the 243...you are right ...easier to work with.

thanks again.

Our local Made in India AnaBond (Blue) works just fine. Apart from my guns I use it in just about everything, from tractors to bathroom plumbing. Cheap at 50 bucks too.

And believe me, it works just as fine as Loctite.

my understanding is that anabond is a permenent bond .

It's just as good. Anabond thread locking compound is not permanent.
