The Royal Mail are proposing changes to ban the posting of firearms, air guns and component parts. This will affect us all. if these proposals go through and may result in the closure of many air gun shopes. as there is no other alternative service to ship your orders.
Please see the Royal Mail link below and respond to it before the 17th Sept 2012. As customers who rely on the Royal Mail to ship your orders to you, then you would be entitled to respond to these proposals. Overseas customers please also respond.

if you say it can not be done, then you are right, for you, it can not be done.

Re: Royal Mail is looking to ban shipping of airguns etc
Thank you to all of you who supported us with the Royal Mail proposals to ban the carriage of firearms and component parts.
The consultation ended on the 27th Sept and the Royal Mail was supposed to have printed what they intended to do by the 26th Oct. As of this date they have not decided what they intend to do.
They have stated, IN RESPONSE TO THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIONS RECEIVED FROM ACROSS THE UK AND THE DEPTH OF FEELING WHICH THIS MATTER HAS PROVOKED, WE HAVE DECIDED TO CONSIDER FURTHER OUR POSITION ON FIREARMS IN OU NETWORK. THE ROYAL MAIL IS CONSIDERING BEFORE DECIDING UPON THE MOST APPROPRIATE COURSE OF ACTION.
They have also stated that they are now working closely with the Gun Trade Association, British Association of Shooting and Conservation and Ofcom (Postal Regulator) in order to reach a final decision.
For the foreseeable future we will be carrying on as normal and will let you know of any updates.
