Site maintenance - Sunday 07 October

Post by mundaire » Sat Oct 06, 2012 9:48 am

Due to security fixes being installed/ routine maintenance, you may experience intermittent website downtime all day on Sunday (07 October 2012).

During this period: you may see a site offline for maintenance message, some features may switch on/ off (e.g. recent topics), the site may not load at all for 10-15 minutes at a time, etc. The maximum expected outage should be less than 30 minutes at a stretch.

Any inconvenience is regretted.

Cheers!

I'm sure that all interests will be taken into account for the upgrades, but if this necessary maintenance is going to be done, it has to be done when the non paid volunteer IFG team (read: Abhijeet) have time to do it!
