It needs to be understood that anyone can file any kind of case against anybody. The person is innocent till proven guilty and convicted by court. As usual media tries to give importance to sensationalism and not the wrong method of allotment of weapons. Instead the confiscated weapon should be publicly auctioned in a transparent manner to all license holders.
