Your doing a great job. You may also want to invest in a adjustable swivel vice to hold your blade while you work.
Thanks Bruno, took your advice, brought a vice, nice vice, investment wise
good advice

The wheel in the first picture with the soft cotton layers is no good. It is just meant to clean stuff up after polishing. Yes, The second one is more like what should be used. the stiffer and firm wheels are better for the type of work you have outlined.

Thank you Shashank, Bench grinder with a stitched cotton wheel and green buffing compound was only used for the final buff. Havent posted pics after buffing. No tools were used for the finish you see in the pics, hours and hours of wet sanding with 1200 then 2000 grit emery papers. If you access to a lansky/DMT or a SPy Sharpmaker the dull the blade before sanding more so before buffing. Or you risk slicing yourself, even with thin leather gloves on
These puppies come razor sharp right out of the box...

Here's the anatomy of a Spyderco Folder. I hope I am able to put it back together again
The brass washer is to be polished so the deployment is smoother, improving the grroving on the scales, grooves on the liners, a nice looking skull tattoo like etch on the blade and a nice Corian Back Spacer
Amar, this is coming to you by courier if I'm not able to assemble it back
You inspired me to get a good quality Torx Set !!

Haha. You shouldn't have an issue, however. The liner locking folder is fairly easy to assemble. Back-locking folders can be an issue sometime.

Moin, that is some A grade work.Consider knife making as a pass time??
You can market them with a tag - all products have passed hairy leg test at the factory.hehe
I would rather hit my target gently than miss hard.

Good Job there Moin.
You're turning a tool into a work of art.

You are doing too many things at the same time. Drives one nuts!
Have to run around all over looking at your work
Amazing!
