Nitro piston!!!! India!!! Man! I am witnessing history!!
So many times, it happens too fast
You trade your passion for glory
Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past
You must fight just to keep them alive

It's the eye of the tiger
It's the thrill of the fight
Risin' up to the challenge
Of our rival
And the last known survivor
Stalks his prey in the night
And he's watching us all with the
Eye of the tiger

> The priority appears as discussed with the person who is spearheding the project is:
1. Springer Break Barrel in both 0.177 & 0.22 cals
2. Nitro Piston in both cals
3. PCP in both cals
4. Air Pistols in all probability will be in the 4th / 5th phase of their marketing plan.

> As you'll agree Springer Break Barrel in both 0.177 & 0.22 cals is comparitively easy to launch, while the other two require specialist involvement - but this is under control.
> Besides the initial launch of Springer Break Barrel and its acceptance (Quality, Performance, Reliability etc) will serve as a platform to introduce the NP & PCP easily.

Dear Brihaji,
I got the chance to meet him for a brief period But since I have met this Genius I have hope that at least the air guns that we will see in the very near future would be one of the best or may be the best in the world that too at an affordable price. Thank-you for the update sir.

Well the Genius behind this project I am certain is capable of designing Air guns better than the imported ones If he gets assistance.I really would pray to God that either this gentleman or someone at least close to his level of expertise or knowledge becomes the chief engineer ,designer at the OFB then we could see the difference in the type of weapons that could come out of the factory. :)

Thank's

Brihaji.. You did a nice brief of the dream project...!! I cant wait for even a minute but your last line, the saying gives me Patience...!!!
Two more questions,
what is its weight ( .22 cal )..? can you compare with IHP 35 ( .22 )..?
Do they have a rail to mount scope..? ( probably answer should be "yes", for a export quality rifle )

Dear .338 lapua / shooter@ktm,

> A little more in-sight into the New AR to hit the market soon....
1. It's world class Air Gun both in design & function
2. The components are designed very similar to Theoben Air Rifles.
3. It comes with a "Machined Groove" on the receiver to mount a scope (NO need to attach separate rail)
4. The weight is approx. 7.5lbs w/o scope.
5. It can stand shoulder to shoulder with any imported Air Rifle.
6. You can't compare it with any Indian make Air Rifle - It's far superior in looks / performance - World Class!!!!
Cheers

Excellent news is it Dr Shirasat(sp)? Anyhow I am willing to wait for a nice springer, this will so ease the hassle of importing stuff.

Good news Briha Sir
As we all are waiting for this for more than a year

I was planning to order new receiver for my IHP from Target Tune but he is increasing the cost every day from Rs. 8,000/- in beginning to more then Rs.14,000/- at present.

Now when you get brand new gun for less then 10 K with more fetchers I drop my plan & again in waiting list

I also got opportunity to hold his PCP list year it was .177 & tune for around 800 FPS
& giving more then 80 shots per fill with excellent grouping

Dear friend's,

As Brihaji's assessment and me having partial look at this Air rifle (I do not compare myself any where near Brihaji's experience, knowledge and expertise in this field)is indeed World Class !!.IMHO would ask my fellow Ifgians who are planning to purchase an Indian or Imported air rifle kindly wait till this AR hits the market I am sure most of us would end up buying it.And barrel length is 18" Brihaji please correct me if I am wrong .
