1. You can purchase IOF 9 mm or any other PB available with arms dealers on PB license.
2. It will be the practice followed by LA. If they issue seperate booklets, then you will get seperate booklet, otherwise it will be endorsed on same booklet.
3. Regardless of PB or NPB, you can only keep total three firearms.
4. You have to contact arms dealers or IOF to confirm this.
5. Ballistically 9 mm para is better than .32 ACP.
6. You can apply with Delhi Police or apply directly with MHA. Delhi Police is anyways under MHA.
