Do read his answers on the 2 questions related to firearms. Finally a top cop who believes that firearms are not the main nuisance as our friends in NGO's,CAFI believe.

As an example of overcoming adversity, Karoly Takacs has few peers. He was part of Hungary’s world champion pistol-shooting team in 1938, when an army grenade exploded, crippling his right hand. Ten years later, having taught himself to shoot with his left, he won two gold medals in the rapid-fire class.

Guys,
I read the article and chief's reply multiple times, urge all of you who are appreciate to do it so......

He seems to be satisfied (and.1) because north India is "least weaponized" society, it straight away imply he likes the way it is and is against rkba.

Please suggest me if you think/infer otherwise.

Cheers....

I'd agree, he seems to be implying 'because' we are not a weponised society, it is not an issue. He does not seem to be supporting RKBA.
