It is back again after a few weeks in UP.

Sorry Vikram for delay in response.
Yeah rightly said, actually I was trying to use my daughter's new Blackberry Playbook & I am touchscreen impaired thus could not key in much.
Just wanted to inform the forum about latest happening.
By the way this time "Achaar Sanhita" will go on till 10 July, wow, I wonder for about 1.5 months this means that govt officials wont take decisions and start anything new. Just from Dec '11- March'12 there was Achaar S**** imposed in UP due to elections.
