JDA shooting range is NOT a part of OR under RRA! They are a separate entity and in fact from the little I know a darn sight more helpful to aspiring shooters than RAA - which seems to be only catering to the needs of one family and their friends. :P

Cheers!

@lakecity
Yes they can. But they have to submit fees for participation. Members dont have to. Atleast in UP.

1. Keep checking their websites

2. Well, I am NOT a member NOR have participated.
But here is a para from notification on a tournament held in 2008, its from UPSRA's website.

" Those shooters who are neither members of Affiliated Districts nor life Members of UPSRA are required to deposit Rs.3,000/- Refundable Security Deposit . Incomplete entry form, without details, photograph of competitor, date of birth certificate (for juniors) and without Declaration form or entry fee will not be accepted. These will be treated as late entries and will only be accepted with double entry fee latest by 11.30 am on 16 th October, 2008 at Agra , after the anomalies have been rectified"
