Search for ITC(HS)Code 93 in Compendium on Import Policy of India. The go to item code 9305. You will find that revolver and pistol parts are restricted.

Small parts which have multiple use like screws, nuts, pins, springs, etc. are OK.
Major parts like the barrel, magazine, slide, even sights etc. are restricted.
