Basically it is a laser device with arbors to fit cals from 22-50.You choose the right calibre arbor fit it on to the laser device and insert it into the muzzle.Switch on the laser and focus at a target at the required range.Adjust your scope settings so that the crosshairs align with the red laser spot on the target and you are done.
Not taken a picture of the boresighter yet, will do so.

Hi
I aint no expert like u all out there but i did and found very effective in air rifle if it is break style then. Break ur rifle place it on some stable cushion like lil hard pillow horizontally, see throught the barrel on target and then try zeroing on the point by adjusting ur sight, but this wrk for iron, NOt sure how to modify it for scope, but the logic is simple that the line of sight is what u have to match to projectile and when we see through the barrel we achieve something pretty close to projectile, this is more accurate for closer distance.
And the bore see through does that, it simulate the projectile line and then u can zero on that same line for scope.
Forgive if my explanation is lil crappy, but this is what is had read in book of scope by bill

The Laser as well as a Collimater gets your shot on the paper at 25 meters or less thus saving the wastage of ammo. From then on one has to fine tune the scope at the desired point.. Once this is done, one should again look through the collimater and note the setting on the scale for future refference.. I don't think this would be possible with a Laser sighter though. My experience is confined to a Collimator only which I feel is more practical..
