New update (28-01-2012)

Honourable Supreme Court of India has given a stay on Honourable Delhi High Court order and IHP has resumed production of rifles

The airgun are getting cleared. Mine got cleared today from Mumbai.

what abt import thru fedex thru delhi-are they getting thru-is it safe to import now

Thank you, Prasanjit and vmanicks- there were no warehouse charges..I requested FedEx to make it through an official Bill of Entry for documentation. Fedex charges are 2k. That's it. Here's the pic of my gun. :)

Got my rifle cleared by customs a week back and received the same today..
Nothing is illegal untill you get caught
