Sharief,

Wow! That's a substantial saving there.

Congrats to you as well.

I would think twice before batoning the spine on this knife to break bone though.

Congratulations Inder !

As you said not only one developes the right taste but some finer points also from this forum. Like the way you have photographed the Moran. Nice background.

Since you might have browsed a bit before the purchase, can you post the link of sites who will ship to India ? Keen on experimenting a little.

I've bought from Botach before. I got my Glock mags from them at a very good price.

Man...somebody have to Pi$$ on fire... :)

Nice find sharief.. Actually honestly speaking I never did search fully. One of my friend was flying from US and I had very less time to order. I already ordered once from new grahams, liked their service that time so went ahead with them this time also.. Will try your link for next purchase..

Read what Yaj has to say about them.

Reminds me of a past deal with D&R Sports Centre.

I thought you had a U.S. based colleague pay via his credit card.

Strange business. If I remember correctly their site mentions that they will not accept international credit cards from new customers.

Nah, I paid via my card. I think first time they allowed because it was getting delivered to the owner of the card not somebody else :?

None whatsoever, He just carried it in his checked in baggage and just for information when I came back from US. I carried six with me :)

hi,

well this is very good new, i too have been lusting after some of the cold steel ones, but just though it would be too much trouble to ask some one to bring one into india, even though its all with in the rules, with indian customs you never know

Import of Arms other than firearms is also restricted. So no knife with a blade longer than 9" or wider than 2" can be imported.

If there are concerns regarding payment via Cr Card or delivery by courier into India, one way forward would be to use the services of an Importer who can do it on behalf of IFG members.
There should be Co 's around who do import sports goods.
They will probably take a service charge, off course in such a scenario duty will have to be paid at the prescribed rates.
The only downside being that the knife just got more expensive.
Best
Sanjay
