KIRCO .22 rifle

Hi all friends ,
got myself a new arms licence and i have been also allowed to purchase two wepaons
1) dbbl gun
2) NPB rifle
so i have already selected a dbbl and now i have negotiated with a gentlman to buy his .22 kirco rifle for rs 1 lakh ( original 5 shot and 10 shot magazines included ) which he had purchased in the year 1978 . could any one suggets me about the rifle and price . what should i check before buying it from him . as i wont be able to fire the beauty before i buy it . any othe suggestion most welcome .
