confusing to say the least, trust the MHA TO DO JUST that, as this is the hi court order but wot about the stay order from the supreme court?

In this case surprisingly it is not the Indian Government but the "Honorable" Delhi High Court.

http://www.kolkatabirds.com/sparrowgopi.htm, please check out the above link from the kolkatabirds.com website, regarding disappearance of sparrows from urban areas, i don't see air guns mentioned anywhere, as suggested in court by PFA....
