ordered the the tuner package online and the order was confirmed immediately. strangely, a few minutes later i recd. a mail that that stated that the ordr was cancelled for "...technical reasons.." on further questioning the reply was."...insrtucted by their technical team...". also no one ever answers the phone listed on their page!

any clue what this is all about.

have you had a similar experiance suffix????

creepy!!!

spot on Briha...complete agreement with you on that. but then every customer has an equal right to know the the quality of the pruduct he/she intends to purchase . which con only come through feedback. and i guess forums such as these do give us that opportunity to share our experiances.

having said that i did get positive feedback on target tune and had gone ahead and ordered for the tune kit. thats when the order was rejected on "technical issues with the technical team".

intersting though is the fact that Suffix wanted to know if i was karizman (user id). on the target tune home page they have a statment that goes on to mention that the company has no dealings with a user ......mercury aka karizman.

now i wonder if they think i am that person, which i am not!

oh well.
