BiPod modification for my IOF.30-06

Post by Armour » Sat Dec 10, 2011 11:56 am

Dear Members,
I am planning to carryout a bipod modification/addition to my 30-06. Though, I am finding it difficult to source a good bipod from dealers, infact none of them stock it. I had to even order a laser bore sight for my rifle from a US website. Can anyone advise me on this??
Regards

Check the IOF .30-06 thread for both these issues. The info you want is already available.

friend,
you don't need to modify your gun.all you have to do is, fix it to the forend of the stock with a given screw.
pm me,will guide to a person who can source it for you.

Some bipods will attach to the sling swivel stud on your rifle. It is a pretty painless process to get it on and off. Take a look at this video. It is for an airsoft product but the principle will be the same.
