Where can I shoot a gun in Gandhinagar ,Gujarat ?

I am 25 years old civilian residing in Gandhinagar(near Ahmedabad), Gujarat and I want to shoot a real gun(not the airgun).
Where can I shoot a real gun(rifle,handgun) and how much it would cost me? Do I need to have some licence?
I am totally ignorant about laws and weapons so I would like someone to advice me about that.

You can become member of "Ahmadabad Military & Rifle Training Association" Khanpur, Ahmadabad.

You can also join their training program which is for about 15 days.
