importing night vision biinoculars

NO there are no laws that i know of. I have a night vision monocular. My coursin was comming from U.S and i told him to get one. He simply got it. NO questions asked anywhere. Its make is National Geography. U can check on the net. But i must tell u its not of much use. The resoulution and the vision we get through these ones are not as good as the onece that the army uses. Its a little difficult to make things out unless u know what u are looking at. And its strainous to eyes too. The expensive ones are good.
