Hello All,

I am Jay and I moved to Bangalore about a year back.

I came across the post when searching for Air Rifle resources in Bangalore and found this forum amazingly interesting and lot of folks who seem to be champs at guns.

Welcome to Indians For Guns, Jay. We have a big group in Bangalore - all of them very enthusiastic airgunners and you should catch up with them sometime. What air rifles do you have and what kind of target shooting are you involved in? We have several members here who participate in the formal ISSF 10 metre matches and we are developing our own matches for speed shooting with Indian made open sighted air rifles.

In any case, if you like air rifles and firearms and want tog et started shooting and making shooting friends, this is a very good place to begin. Do post often and get involved in whatever discussions catch your fancy.

Thank you all for the very warm welcome. I am looking to buy my first air gun and am looking for a some details.

From what I find here I am astonded at the knowledge base here. Actually speaking I have lots to learn.

Well as a scientific sport... I am a startup absolutely a novice. I have shot some using a Diana,National and IHP during school (around 8th grade) at a friends place. I am looking forward to buying one and heading to a range.
