Hi! I am from Lucknow. Just joined in.
I own a Winchester1910 SL and a DBBL hammered gun. The DBBL has come all the way from my great great grandfather . At the time of reblueing i could read "Waltham gun co London" engraved on the barrel. Searched a lot for this company but couldnt find. I ll be grateful if anybody can throw some light on it. I also need some advise on acquiring a rifle as i have got a new license for np bore rifle. A friend tells me that .44 lever action rifle is available . . . . and its comparison with the new iof .30
warm wishes

Dear friend.
If you own a very old DBBL gun, why not register it as an antique and get exempted from the Arms Act?
Contact your nearest archaeological department and get directions. But an antique law book.
Once registered as an antiquity you can inform the licensing authority and buy a new weapon in your license.
