thanks everyone for your kind opinions.it is not a ejector gun the bore condition is excellent it is reblued any markings are not visible except holland and holland.the guy who is selling told that it was heavily pitted from outside because it was wraped in cloths and left for years some pitting was still visible on barrel.as fellow members are also not sure about the gun i will not purchase the gun .i already having a 16 gauge made by jack in very good condition i will stick with it.serial no as i not sure was 80205 or 20805 but i am sure it was one from both of them 20805 is more likely.as far ammo is concerned it is not at all problem every gun shop in sirsa is having 16 gauge ammo and a shop owner told me that once shaktimaan gets order of 5000 cartridges by various gun dealers they manufactures and distributes cartridges according to order furnished by gun dealers thanks

Good decision. A non-ejector poor condition is not worth very much ..... and with the heavy pitting it`s not much more than a junker.

I too have heard of this Czech maker for the first time, tried a Google search but could not find anything. Ashok, would be great if you could post pictures of the markings.

WTP, the OP has specifically mentioned that the maker is "Jack" from Czechoslovakia. So I assume that this isn't your usual run of the mill CZ, Brno etc. - not simply a confusion between "Czech" & "Jack".

Some variations of Czech- Jeck/check/zaak.If memory serves me right they are marked "CZ" and "Made in Czechoslovakia"

Find the serial number and gauge, length of the gun.
Contact H & H through net. Ask them whether they made this gun and to whom it was sold.
They may ask for a few dollars as service charge. But it is worth.
If you know some one in U K, ask them to contact the company in person.
I have done that earlier.
They give complete details from the date of work started and also send copies of targets shot.

Pandian.
