hello everyone,
Is any individual with a rifle and licence allowed to go shoot at the rage or some membersip is required? I used to go in early 2000-1 and it was a different story then and a a member of delhi state rifle association as well.
Last i remember i saw the union sports minister opening the CwG venues for general public. Some pay and play scheme i think. Any ckue people?
