Hey Guys! Congrats on owning an LP 10....!

Have anyone bought from Schießsport Buinger, Germany (Buinger Shooting).

Am planning to buy a LP10E from them n the courier charges quoted by them is 67 Euro via DHL! which includes Glasses n cleaning pellets as well!
Cost of LP10E is 1,276 Euro.
I have ordered a few times from Pyramyd !

I spoke to the DHL customer care n they said there will not be any problem as long as you have all the documents!
And also they have cargo hubs in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai from where they will route it via surface mode!

Last time I got my guns through Fedex via Delhi.....they have the best customs clearing team in India!

Could you please share with us the details , like where did you it purchased it ? and how much you have paid for this beauty. and most important shipping method and courier company used ?

Infact I am also looking for a LP10 for almost a month . Thanks to sniper22 as he forwarded me some of his valuable contact just to make sure I get the best deal, but recently another problem has arised , All German weapon Manufacturer used DHL as their primary shipping agent. Now from 1st July DHL stopped carrying any firearms and their parts outside germant (including airguns) which is now become impossible for anyone buying weapons from germany unless they sort out an alternative path. I got many quotes from different company both from Germany and India, but somehow the shipment issue has not resolved yet. So I am keeping my fingers closed, and hoping it will resolved soon.

I sincerely appreciate any help / information on this .

Do post us your grouping and performance with this beauty :)
Dear Saptarshi,

Thank you!

Thats news to me! As it is after this experience am no longer fond of DHL, but thats the shipping partner of Steyr and am not too sure on alternate routes if any.

Regarding my experience on import, pls go through my post in airgun section alongwith pics.

All the best!

Cheers,
Rup
Please double check with DHL , Below is the response I got from Manfred Wichmann of Buinger Sport.

Hello Mr. Saptarshi Datta,
yes, we were informed by the German weapons association about that issue. Many discussions are in progress now so please give us some time to find the best alternative.

You told me that you need about 1-2 weeks to arrange everything so please contact me when you’re done and then hopefully I’ll have some (good) news.

If there is no way – make one! I love that phrase.

Beste Grüße / Kind regards

Manfred Wichmann / Schießsport Buinger

@ to_saptarshi

This is the mail I got from Manfred of Buinger!

"(Hello Mr Shivashankar Raghu,
shipping would be 67,90 Euros with DHL.
Please ask a DHL representative in your country whether there would be any problems at customs. Depending on the region this seems to vary.
Thank you.

I will be ordering this weekend, will update !

I had inquired with Mr. Wichmann before ordering my pistol. Please note that the shipping cost quote you have is for DHL post (postal service) and not for a courier service. The DHL helpline is for DHL Express (courier service), therefore would not be able to help you with customs.

I would suggest you clarify before ordering to avoid disappointment later.

bit confuse between lp10 m & lp10 compact . plz show me the big difference in between both except size & wght.
Am quoting from Steyr website

"Length of sight radius of LP 10 C is between 266 and 315 mm. The distance between the rear and front sight is shorter by 50 mm compared in the standard models and shows a more stable sight picture in relationship to the target. The steadier sight picture will increase confidence in young and old alike and allow them to concentrate on trigger release."

Just go the the LP10 E or M (E for electronic trigger or M for mechanical trigger) you will not regret the decision, I use one too.. There is no difference between lp10 m & lp10 compact except distance between front & rear sight, overall length, weight..

all the best

@ sat
The price mentioned are including Sales tax of 19%...which does not apply for people buying from India!
Also Try www.schiesssport-buinger.de they are cheaper.....and good service, I did order from them Guns and Pellets as well! They accept PayPal also!
Euroshooting accepts only Bank Transfer!!!
