I have been told that air gun sales in dubai has been completely stopped. Is it true? A temproary ban or a permanent ban??

I don't. Know perfactly but I know that one of my frend whom rifle stoped at sarjah air port ..

no this not right you can buy airguns from Dubai
but if you are taking that gun out of Uae you have to inform airline in advance

There is no Air rifle ban in UAE as upto now and i dont think it will be.
But some traders are giving up air rifle business because of decreased demand and decreased profit.
Captain stores was dealer for BSA...now they stopped importing rifles,
Mostafawi too close down its business he was selling winchester and hammerli.
only oneTrading is Al Sayyad he is agent for Diana,GAmo,weihrauch.
Al Sayyad too is having difficult time.
When ever anyone wants to Luggage airgun from UAE.Always prefer Dubai airport and emirates airlines as they are pretty familiar with this kind of Stuff.
